The purpose of Breakthrough is to unite Christians from all denominations and create a positive environment where Centennial students of all races, ages and religious backgrounds who are interested in learning about Christian beliefs and values based on the Bible are welcome and accepted. Members of Breakthrough will meet to learn about God’s Word through reading the Bible, and discuss various topics such as: God’s Love; How to get your prayers answered; and Who is Jesus? Who is Holy Spirit? What is the Trinity? And many other questions students may have. Breakthrough members will also learn practical ways to apply the knowledge that they receive into their personal everyday lives to make positive changes if they choose to.

Breakthrough members will be able to receive support for “breakthroughs” in areas of their lives that they are wanting to and willing to change (example: ways to overcome depression, fear, anxiety, dealing with stress, addictions, family issues, coping with school work). Students can also receive comfort and peace through prayer and leadership development if they choose.
