WEO promotes student interest in the water environment through activities. Students will have the opportunity to network with professionals by attending seminars hosted by the WEO. These seminars are intended to help students gain more knowledge about the type of jobs and technique seen in the water industry. WEO students will also have the opportunity to exchange information between different Chapter members. WEO will also be hosting events to help fundraise money for a charity, Water for People. The purpose of this charity is to help develop sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and health and hygiene education programs for developing countries.
